Location: About 1 KM from the town of Gobea and only 35 km from Colon.

Driving Directions: Go towards Colon, just before overpass that is before the Rey supermarket (which is on the left) you need to veer off to the right along side and below the overpass, then go left under the overpass. Go straight until there is a left with a sign to shelter bay. Go 1 km to stop sign, keep going straight. at around 7km turn right at Gatun locks sign about 1/2 km further take another right. Cross the locks and take a left. Take the next right which is 1/2 to 1km from locks. At about 14 more kms take right to Achiote. About 19 kms further take a left towards sign to Gobea & Miguel de la Borda. About 7kms further just on the other side of this little town you need to take a  right at the top of the hill. Go about 10 kms more and take a right in the small town named Icalal you will immediately go over a new bridge which will let you know you are on the correct road.  The town of Rio Indio is about 5 kms more. At about 5.5 or 6 kms past Rio Indio the road will hit really close to the beach again. When you get here back up about 100 meters and on the right side of the road there will be a trail which takes you down to the beach. Walk along the beach back towards Colon for about 400 meters and you should be on the property, it has been recently cleared so it should be obvious, also on the Colon side of the property and up on a small knoll there is a little hut like structure.
